Enjoy some family fun at the Great Leighs Summer Carnival and Paddock Party from August 26-28. Great Leighs’ best racing of the year so far will be followed by live outdoor entertainment and a barbecue. Under-16s are admitted free - and on top of that there will be fun attractions for the younger ones, with face painting and a bouncy castle. Wednesday is Ladies Day - an ideal opportunity for the girls to raid their wardrobe. With enviable prizes again to be won for the Best Dressed, you can be a winner without even having a bet. For the serious punters, the racing festival offers the biggest purse so far awarded at Great Leighs, a recipe for three days of truly competitive sport.
